En esta décimo-novena edición, el programa vuelve a apostar por dos de las señas de identidad de este encuentro: el concurso de setas naturales y el concurso para colegios e institutos, donde queremos fomentar la creatividad y el conocimiento en micología de nuestro joven alumnado.
Las XIX Jornadas Micológicas tendrán lugar del 11 al 14 de noviembre en la Casa de la Cultura de Ponferrada. Como conferencias de interés, este año contamos con la presencia de la reputada cocinera Anabel Antelo, que nos hablará sobre la cocina y conservación de las setas, del experto fotógrafo Isidro Canóniga, que dará una charla sobre hongos y paisaje en El Bierzo, junto con el socio José Granja.
La charla inaugural, que se celebrará el 11 de noviembre, será un taller práctico sobre cómo buscar setas, a cargo de Paloma Martínez, Ingeniero Técnico Forestal y miembro de la Junta Directiva de Cantharellus.
