El pasado 6 de febrero de 2015 tuvo lugar la Asamblea General de socios de la Asociación Micológica Berciana Cantharellus. Éste es el resumen de los puntos que se trataron en la reunión:
1. Lectura del acta de la sesión anterior por parte del Secretario. Aprobación por unanimidad de los 31 socios asistentes.
2. El Presidente informó de las actividades que se han enviado por escrito y de otras más recientes, que son:
- El Colegio Oficial de Veterinarios de León, por acuerdo de su Presidente y Junta Directiva, en la próxima edición, la nº XX, volverá a patrocinar parte de las Jornadas Micológicas del Bierzo, igual que ocurrió en las tres primeras ediciones.
- Apertura del local 146 en la plaza de Abastos de Ponferrada de marzo a junio y de septiembre a diciembre. Allí ayudamos a identificar setas y también redactamos unas normas que podéis consultar en el blog: http://www.cantharellus.es/blog/identificacion-recogida-setas/
- Realización de Jornadas Micológicas en Cármenes el 9 y 10 de octubre, con salida guiada, clasificación, concurso y exposición de setas.
- Entrega de marcapáginas y de pines. Enmarcado de nuevos carteles para la Asociación.
- Realización de las XIX Jornadas Micológicas del Bierzo, con la colaboración de la Concejalía de Cultura del Ayuntamiento de Ponferrada, el Instituto de Estudios Bercianos, Caja España y los restaurantes Mencía y Casa Luisi.
- Hemos puesto Internet en la Asociación, comprado un nuevo ordenador, teléfono móvil y fijo: 987 425252.
- Se realizó la excursión al Xiblo y no se hizo la del Valle de Sajambre. Podéis ver un resumen de la visita guiada aquí: http://www.cantharellus.es/blog/ruta-micologica-xiblo-asturias/
- Se vendieron 5.090 euros de lotería, recaudando de donativo 1.270 euros. Jugamos como Asociación 60 euros. Los vendedores de lotería disfrutamos de una cena. Necesitamos que nos ayudéis a vender algún talonario en los próximos años.
- Se hizo la comida en Vega de Espinareda y debido a la gran afluencia de comensales (180), el año próximo venderemos previamente los tickets (número máximo de asistentes: 100).
- Se organizaron las Jornadas en Villafranca del Bierzo con cocina de setas y degustación.
- Se realizó la Jornada en Tombrío de abajo, con clasificación y charla sobre setas.
- Se llevó a cabo un curso de “policía de setas” en Espinoso de Compludo.
- Se desarrolló una salida con AMBI.
- Borrenes y Priaranza van a hacer Parques Micológicos, es decir, van a cobrar por salir a setas. Intentaremos hablar y negociar con sus alcaldes.
- Este año habrá elecciones municipales y autonómicas, tendremos que volver a debatir con los candidatos.
- Mejoraremos el concurso de dibujo, pintura y manualidades y el de setas naturales.
3. La Tesorera informa de que a 31 de diciembre hay un superávit de 2.599 euros. Hace un desglose de ingresos y gastos y de las diferentes partidas. Las cuentas están en la Asociación a disposición de cualquier asociado/a que quiera alguna aclaración.
4.- Ruegos y preguntas:
- Se acuerda dejar la cuota de inscripción para nuevos socios como está (50 euros). La cuota anual es de 15 euros.
- Los chubasqueros se darán a partir del 23 de marzo cuando abramos la sede.
- Se acuerda impartir un curso de setas para asociados/as (a precio reducido), que incluya temas teórico-prácticos, salidas guiadas y cocina de setas.
- Se acuerda no cobrar cuota anual a personas en paro, así que hacédnoslo saber en marzo cuando recojáis el chubasquero.
- Las personas que identifiquen setas en la Asociación tendrán una placa identificativa, que supone que están cualificadas para hacerlo. Se seguirán dando normas para ser tenidas en cuenta por todas las personas.
Al finalizar la Asamblea, los asistentes tomamos un vino con unos pinchos. Se pide a los asociados que no lo hayan hecho ya, que envíen sus correos electrónicos para que podamos difundir la información por e-mail. También podéis seguirnos en redes sociales (Twitter y Facebook).
